Number 77 is situated in the heart of the Georgian city and is an ideal location from which to explore the beauties of Bath. We are a short distance from the historic sites, all of which can be visited in a short time with easy, level walking. Great Pulteney Street itself was built in 1789 and is a Grade 1 Listed Street, a beautiful example of English architecture of the late eighteenth century.

Our apartment occupies the bottom two floors of No.77, a grand house on the corner of Great Pulteney Street and Laura Place. The corner site makes it an interesting building, double fronted and narrowing at the back where it overlooks Bath Rugby Ground with Prior Park and the wooded hills on the skyline.

The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment. It is a gorgeous room, sunny and light and decorated and furnished in an imaginative and contemporary style. It is sumptuously comfortable, with television, tea and coffee, and lots and lots of space.

It opens out directly on to the garden, south facing and sheltered, with a Mediterranean feel – full of flowers in the Spring and Summer, and shaded by palm trees and screened with jasmine. You are welcome to make full use of it for relaxing in the sun or a pre dinner drink. You are welcome to smoke in the garden, but not in the apartment, please.

The en suite bathroom has a large bath with shower over, two washbasins, wc and large wardrobe.

Cool, calm, central : the perfect location in Bath
